Pumpkin Maze at Dell’Osso Family Farm
The Dell’Osso Family Farm is back this October with its 26th annual pumpkin maze. A general admission ticket includes the pumpkin maze as well as entry to the haunted castle, hay ride, animal zoo, mini golf, and more. There is a separate fee for additional attractions such as gem mining, pumpkin blasters, a carousel, pony rides, and pumpkin painting.

Frankenstein at SJ Delta College
Delta Drama will be performing the “electrifying tale” of Frankenstein this October at the Alfred Muller Studio Theatre at San Joaquin Delta College.
A classic story adapted by Mary Shelley exploring “concerns of scientific responsibility, social rejection, intellectual hubris, and the nature of good and evil” will all be a part of the thrilling story. The show is free and open to the public.

Live music at Windmill Cove
By land or by boat, live music can be enjoyed this month at Windmill Cove.
On Saturday, Oct. 8 the show will begin at 3 p.m., featuring Supertrouper an ABBA tribute band. Saturday, Oct. 22 enjoy live saxophone music by DJ Mullins starting at 6 p.m. during the Prime Rib Dinner under the stars and on Saturday, Oct. 29 starting at 6 p.m. Journey Revisited and Def Leppard Revisited will perform.

Full Moon Riders
Wear a Halloween costume and join the rest of the community for a free bicycle ride along the Downtown Stockton Waterfront to get in the Halloween spirit.
Registration begins at 5:15 p.m. at Janet Leigh Plaza in downtown Stockton. The ride will begin at 6 p.m. and will end at 9 p.m. All riders must sign a liability waiver. For safety precautions, minors must wear helmets. There will be free giveaways for the first 100 registered riders.
At 8 p.m. the Downtown Stockton Alliance is premiering the latest episode of “Spirits of Downtown” which explores “possible-haunted downtown buildings.”

University of the Pacific Homecoming
The University of the Pacific is celebrating its homecoming weekend this month with events such as Taste of Pacific, the Prism Concert, the Tiger Dash, craft beer tasting, men’s water polo, and women’s volleyball matches, Tigers Got Talent student competition, food trucks, games for kids, pancakes with the new president for alumni, students, prospective students, and families.

Trunk O’ Treat at Micke Grove
Micke Grove Regional Park will be hosting “Trunk O' Treat” where children can dress up in their Halloween costumes for zoo activities, kid's crafts and games, pumpkin decorating, food trucks, and candy. This event is for children 12-years-old and under.

The San Joaquin County Tractor Fest is back with the second year of tractors of all sizes and from all over the region for display. There will be a tractor parade starting at 11:30 a.m. as well as kid's activities and local food trucks. The San Joaquin County Historical Museum buildings will remain open to the public.

Wicked Wine Stroll
Stroll through downtown Lodi in your Halloween costume, or not, and taste some of the 20 Lodi appellation wineries.
Downtown businesses hosting a winery will feature special sales and will serve sweets and treats. There will be a costume contest at 9:30 p.m. at the Wicked Wine Stroll After Party at Blend Ultra Lounge.
Wicked Wine Stroll tickets include a commemorative wine glass, tastings, and appetizers. Designated Driver tickets receive free water and soda at the check-in locations and appetizers at the participating locations. This is a 21-year-old and over event.

ChavoRucos Tour at the Bob Hope Theatre
Mexican comedians Adrián Uribe and Adal Ramones will be at the Bob Hope Theatre performing together for the first time ever as part of their ChavoRucos Tour. A show with comedy and monologues all in Spanish.

‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’ at the Bob Hope Theatre
The Friends of the Fox is showing “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” the 1993 classic animated film at the Bob Hope Theatre on Sunday, Oct.16. The film follows Jack Skellington voiced by Danny Elfman and Chris Sarandon and Sally voiced by Catherine O’Hara as Jack decides he wants to take over Christmas Town.
Complimentary drinks and snacks as well as a tour of the theater after the film is offered by Friends of the Fox. Dave Moreno will be at the Mighty Morton organ at 1:30 p.m. and master of ceremonies Matías Bombal will kick off the movie at 2 p.m.

Traveling Concerts in the Park
The City of Stockton will be hosting two free family-friendly traveling concerts in the park in the month of October.
The first concert is on Friday, Oct. 21 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Angel Cruz Park on 110 Segovia Lane in Stockton. The second concert is on Friday, Oct. 28 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Dentoni Park on 1430 Royal Oaks Drive in Stockton. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted.

Fahm Fest Stockton
Celebrating community, culture, and history in celebration of Filipino American History Month. Delta College is sponsoring Fahm Fest Stockton 2022.
The one-day event is dedicated to Dr. Dawn Bohulano Mabalon, co-founder of Little Manila Rising. The event also celebrates the 20th year anniversary of the Historical Site Designation of Little Manila in Stockton. There will be performances, interactive art installations, food, and more.

Lodi Halloween Fest: Rock for Relief 2022
The all-day event is full of craft beer, food, pop, alternative, and a hard rock music festival. Lodi Halloween Fest will be hosted at IDOL Beer Works in downtown Lodi. There will be a costume contest with multiple prizes for those that dress up. A portion of all ticket sales to benefit Ukraine and local Lodi charities.

The Sights and Sounds of Mexico

Lodi Zombie Walk & Halloween Faire
Celebrating its 13th year the Lodi Zombie Walk & Halloween Faire is back this October. March down the street of downtown Lodi in your ghost, monster, or zombie costume and join the “Thriller” street dance at Creeper Alley.
Participation or watching the Zombie Walk Parade is free. Tickets are needed for entrance to the Creeper Alley Haunt and other features. Children 12-years-old and under are free with an adult.

Astronomy in the Park at Oak Grove Regional Park
Want to see the stars through the lens of a telescope? You can at Oak Grove Regional Park on Saturday, Oct. 29. If the skies are clear, volunteers from the Stockton Astronomical Society will be setting up telescopes for the public to see the wonders of the night sky.
This month you will be able to see: the moon, Jupiter, Saturn, and look for Mercury and Venus at sunset at 6:10 p.m., and at about 8 p.m. the Deep Sky Object M31 (The Andromeda Galaxy) will be visible.

Dia De Los Muertos Street Fiesta at the Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery
The Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery is celebrating Dia De Los Muertos with a street fiesta. In October, families dedicate altars to loved ones who have passed with their favorite food and favorite things.
The celebration will include Mariachis, Aztec Dancers, a Catrina Pageant, food and more. Shutting down four downtown blocks of Sutter Street and Market Street for the fun.
