I Tried the $7 Tights Amazon Reviewers Love—and I'll Be Living in Them All Winter
If you've ever tried to wear a dress in the dead of winter, you know the importance of a good pair of tights. The wrong ones can easily tear or constantly slide down throughout the day (so annoying!). On top of that, they often come in packaging, making it nearly impossible to know if you're about to buy a dud. Well there's a pair that can solve all of your tights-wearing problems.
After doing some researched, I've found that Amazon reviewers are obsessed with the totally affordable No Nonsense's Opaque Control-Top Tights. Hundreds of women have given them 4 out of 5 stars and praised the stockings' long lasting durability.
"I have tried all kinds of opaque tights. In terms of quality... these are so amazing. I've worn one pair of stockings since April, it is now August, not a ream or a fear. I haven't even opened the other one yet because these are still going perfect. I look super sexy in these. I love them and would give them 10 stars if I could," one woman wrote.
Another said these were a game changer when she was looking for a chafing solution. "Let me start by saying I have very thick thighs, it's a family trait. I've ALWAYS had trouble finding tights that don't tear when I try to pull them up, or don't cut off my circulation. I've personally tried (and loved) the Super Opaque style because I've yet to come across any random sheer spots or runs, and the high-waist control-top is snug enough to give you some extra shape without feeling uncomfortable (so you won't get that weird lumpy look). Plus, for less than $7 a pair, you can stock up in every color for the winter.

Lexie Sachs, a senior textiles analyst in the Good Housekeeping Institute Textiles, Paper & Plastics Lab, says in her most recent tights test, this pair was the least expensive, but performed just as well as the most expensive pair (which was $45!)
