Fun fact: the original Touche Éclat is not actually a concealer. Despite looking, working and feeling just like a cover up, the golden pen is actually a highlighter - bet you didn't know that one, huh? It's cool, most people don't (myself included, pre beauty journo).

However, it begs the question - why have they never put two and two together and launched a REAL Touche Éclat concealer? I mean, most of the hard work has already been done, right? The easy-to-use applicator, the silky brush that sweeps product on so effortlessly. All they'd need to do is create a new formula.

Well, it looks like the lovely people over at YSL have finally caught on and to our utter delight, have created the Touche Éclat High Coverage Radiance Concealer, £26. Just like the original, it has radiance boosting, soft focus fillers and light-generating pigments to brighten, however, this time it has the added bonus of providing serious, long lasting coverage, hiding everything from blemishes, to dark circles and scars.

Enriched with vitamin E, caffeine and Moroccan calendula extract, it's a dream for dry complexions and leaves a hydrated, dewey finish. You know how annoying it is when your concealer goes all patchy and cracked beneath your eyes? Yeah, this doesn't do that, so think of it as your new weapon against dark circles.

Plus, just like the original, the easy to use pump-up applicator lets you apply it like a pro on the go, so keep one on your person at all times and you'll remain fresh faced around the clock.

We tested it out and immediately fell in love, have a look below.
