Trilogy Health Campus in Lancaster expected to open in summer of 2024

LANCASTER − A $20 million investment is expected to bring a new senior living facility to Lancaster in the summer of 2024.

Trilogy Health Services, a customer service-focused provider of senior living and long-term healthcare services, is building a new complex in Lancaster. This facility is expected to have 52 skilled nursing facility beds, 19 assisted living units, 15 assisted living Memory Care units, and 25 independent living apartments.

According to Peter Massey, Vice President of Development & Construction for Trilogy Health Services, this facility will offer a wide range of services including independent living, assisted living, assisted living memory care, skilled nursing, and skilled nursing memory care.

This project is expected to bring 125 jobs to Lancaster. These job opportunities include clinical, housekeeping, maintenance, culinary, professional/administrative, and activities.

Massey said that the project should be done within a year.

"This project is projected to open in late summer 2024," said Massey.

Trilogy Health's new campus is Lancaster is located on 1495 Granville Pike.
