Trio of Shore players win big in Maryland Lottery - where they bought winning tickets

Among the big winners announced this week by the Maryland Lottery were a trio of tickets sold on the Lower Shore, two claimed and one still in search of the big winner.

A $25,000-winning Pick 5 ticket was sold at the Red Fox store at 107 South Fruitland Boulevard, Fruitland, and a $10,000-winning Gold Bar Bingo ticket was sold at the Duck In II at 5610 E. Market St. in Snow Hill.

Still unclaimed is another big prize on the Lower Shore, a $19,620-winning RaceTrax ticket sold at Beach Barrels at 13207 Coastal Highway in Ocean City.

The biggest winners statewide were a FAST PLAY ticket purchased in Randallstown that delivered a $713,089 progressive jackpot and a Multi-Match ticket purchased in Cumberland that hit a jackpot worth an estimated annuity value of $570,000. And just for good measure, a lucky Pick 5 player bought nine tickets in Laurel for the April 10 midday drawing that delivered a total of $550,000 in prizes.
