Trojans: Wired podcast looks back at Oregon State game, sizes up the evolving USC season
The USC Trojans are preparing for the Arizona State Sun Devils, and you’ll certainly get a full amount of postgame coverage after the Trojans and Sun Devils lock horns in the Los Angeles Coliseum, but there’s still plenty to say about the Oregon State game from last week, in part because it’s a challenge Lincoln Riley and Caleb Williams will continue to use as a reference point as the season moves along.
Riley and Caleb will be able to say to themselves and each other, “Remember the Oregon State game? That’s what we want to avoid in the future.” Even when USC plays well, the Oregon State game will impart lessons this team (especially this offense) can learn and grow from.
