Sep. 2—State troopers said a woman who wrecked a pickup into several vehicles in Limestone County on Tuesday night was driving a stolen vehicle.

Troopers said Ashley Nicole Taymon, 35, of Harvest was driving a stolen 2002 Ford F-250 when she struck a 2017 Chevy Equinox driven by Joey Hobbs, 47, of Athens and a 2016 Ford Focus driven by Lauren Utt, 21, of Madison, along U.S. 72 near Dupree Worthy Road, west of Madison, in Limestone County. Troopers said the F-250 then left the roadway, struck a sign, a utility pole and then a fence before striking multiple unoccupied parked vehicles on private property.

Taymon was injured and transported to Athens Hospital for treatment.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency's highway patrol division is continuing the investigate the incident.
