Trophy Room: Young angler releases 53 1/2 -inch sturgeon on a rainy day on the Rainy River
May 9—Alex Sandahl of Dilworth, Minnesota, caught and released this sturgeon April 30, 2022, a rainy Saturday when the Rainy River lived up to its name. The sturgeon measured 53 1/2 inches, said Cindy Sandahl, who submitted the photo.
