Tropical Update: November 6, 2022

FOX 13 Meteorologist Tony Sadiku is watching several areas in the tropics that have a chance of development and one will impact Florida. He says there is a 70 percent chance that an area of low pressure in the Southwest Atlantic will develop into a subtropical or tropical depression over the next two days and a 90 percent chance of developing over the next five days. He says the Bay Area will experience several inches of rainfall along with possible tropical-storm-force winds by Thursday, but it depends on the storm’s track which should be better known early in the week.
