Tropical Storm Cindy continues to weaken, expected to fall apart
Channel 9 meteorologists are tracking a tropical storm on Sunday.

5 p.m. Update:
Tropical Storm Cindy is the only system out there and is struggling.
It will fall apart within 24 hours east of the Bahamas.
