Tropical Storm Fred Brings Strong Winds and Flooding to Panama City, Florida

Tropical Storm Fred made landfall in the Florida panhandle on August 16, bringing strong winds, heavy rain, and flooding.

The storm was moving into the south of Alabama on the night of August 16, according to official reports.
