In the Atlantic, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next five days.

For Florida, there are no tropical threats over the next week to 10 days, according to Dr. Ryan Truchelut, chief meteorologist at WeatherTiger.

If any development occurs, it would be late in the weekend or early next week east of the Carolinas.

The Atlantic wind pattern will not be favorable for longer-lasting or stronger tropical storms for at least a couple more weeks, Truchelut said.
