Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman is a big fan of Las Vegas Raiders star Maxx Crosby.

Crosby had his finger prints on the Raiders’ 17-13 victory over the Green Bay Packers on Monday night at Allegiant Stadium.

Crosby was his usual dominant self when he finished with five tackles and a sack. He also had four tackles for a loss and one pass deflection.

The ESPN analyst spoke highly of Crosby following the game in which Amik Robertson made an interception in the end zone to seal the win.

“He did tonight what he’s done to so many teams throughout his career,” Aikman said. ‘He’s just a disruptive force. When you come into this game, you better have a plan for him in keeping him from being a game wrecker.”

The Raiders are fortunate to have Crosby, whom they drafted in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL draft.

Ever since, Crosby has been dominant on defense leading the NFL in pressures.

Raiders star wideout Davante Adams recognizes that as well.

“Maxx is a monster,” he said on ESPN. “He’s a game changer. Somebody that you got to account for at a ridiculous level when he’s out there. I’ve never seen somebody with that type of talent and drive and pride in what they do around the ball, every single play in practice, disrupting everything.”

Aikman said the Raiders found themselves a steal by drafting Crosby in the fourth round.

Something he said that is rare.

“He’s a unique player, special,” Aikman said. “To find a guy of his caliber in the first round is amazing success. To find a guy like in the fourth round, it just doesn’t happen.”
