Troye Sivan's physical health era is upon us!

The pop star and iconic twink posted a palm-full of pills on his Instagram story and captioned it, "This combo keeps me gay." The pills appear to be PrEP, metamucil, and what some fans believe is finasteride, which treats male pattern hair loss.

PrEP is the groundbreaking medication that prevents the transfer of HIV, which gay men are at a higher risk of contracting. And many gays take Metamucil as a source of fiber that helps with bowel movements and, in turn, makes for a... cleaner bottoming experience.

As Queerty points out, metamucil shouldn’t be taken at the same time as PrEP or any other prescription medication because the fiber can absorb the medication and you'd get a lower dose.

We love to see Sivan taking care of himself! Perhaps he's gearing up for something...?

Just two days ago, Sivan posted an artistic photo on Instagram and captioned it, "On my pop star gig again."

Sivan also posted a "hard launch" photo with his publicist and friend, Brett Rutt. Fans are hyped for what this all means. "i need a new album like RIGHT NOW PLSSS," one wrote. "coming to save pop music!" said another.

He teased new music earlier this year as well. "happy new year angels," Sivan captioned a photo in January. "thinking about releasing an album this year," he continued with heart emojis. "I will think about it."

Hold those PrEP pills up high because a new Troye Sivan era is nigh!
