Oh, lovely.

"But these two, Omar and Tlaib. I think it would be a very bad thing for Israel. I would not cut off aid to Israel. I can't even believe that we are having this conversation. Where has the Democratic Party gone? Where have they gone where they are defending these two people over the state of Israel?," Trump said. "I think any Jewish people that vote for a Democrat, I think it shows either a total lack of knowledge or great disloyalty," he added.

Of course, it's unclear from the customary marblemouth what exactly he's accusing "Jewish people" of being disloyal to—Israel? Him? The Republican Party? Fox News? The USA? But "disloyalty" is not a word to use casually about "Jewish people," who have been accused of "disloyalty" to various authoritarian regimes all the way back to ancient Rome, and who have paid a terrible historical price for having been thus accused. El Caudillo del Mar-a-Lago bumbled his way into a blood-drenched historical slander because his brain is clogged with resentment, bigotry, and Original Recipe chicken skin. He also had some thoughts to share on the tripwire that is Kashmir.

“Kashmir is a very complicated place. You have the Hindus, and you have the Muslims, and I wouldn’t say they get along so great. And that’s what you have right now.”

Jesus, take the wheel.
