The debate will take place Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023, at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, 1300 Biscayne Blvd., Miami.

The performing arts center is in the heart of downtown Miami with a seating capacity of 2,400 people.

It will air on Nov. 8 on the NBC News channel from 8 to 10 p.m. ET.

Is Donald Trump going to show up to the third Republican primary debate?

Most likely not, GOP frontrunner Trump has long said he would skip the debates due to his large lead in polls. During a rally in Iowa, Trump made fun of them, citing a Morning Consult poll from this month showing him with a 49-point lead over second-place DeSantis.

Instead of attending the upcoming debate, he will host his own rally that will take place on the same night at 7 p.m. at Ted Hendricks Stadium at Henry Milander Park in Hialeah.

The arts center is about 11 miles from Trump's planned rally.

According to a press release, the timeline of events shows parking and lines open at 8 a.m., doors open at 2 p.m., special guest speaker remarks at 5 p.m. (speakers have not been disclosed) and at 7 p.m., Trump will deliver remarks.
