Aug. 2—Former President Donald Trump is scheduled to visit New Hampshire next week.

Trump, the current front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination, will speak Tuesday, Aug. 8, at Windham High School, according to a campaign email.

His visit will come a week after he was indicted on federal charges related to the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol and his efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

It was the third time in four months the former president has been criminally charged.

The four-count, 45-page indictment charges Trump with conspiring to prevent Congress from certifying President Joe Biden's victory.

According to the Trump campaign email, doors will open at Windham High School, 64 London Bridge Road, at 11:30 a.m., with a speaking program getting underway at 1 p.m. The former president is scheduled to deliver remarks at 2:30 p.m.

Former Vice President Mike Pence is scheduled to be in New Hampshire this week, with events Friday in Londonderry and Saturday in Bedford.
