From Women's Health

  • Women’s Health's new series of WH LIVE+ events feature appearances from your favorite trainers, celebrities, and experts.

  • If you missed it live, you can still tune in to watch model and actress Kate Upton's session with Women's Health editor-in-chief Liz Plosser.

  • The free event was powered by Epic Bar as part of its Hack Your Health Routine powered by Epic series.

Model and actress Kate Upton loves a good sweat session: She even developed her own Strong4Me Fitness program with co-creator and elite trainer Ben Bruno.

In the latest WH Live+ Event Stronger, Stat: Energy Hacks powered by Epic, Kate chatted with Women's Health editor-in-chief Liz Plosser about workout tips, body confidence, and how she stays so energized

Right after their chat, you can do a free 30-minute full-body strength workout lead by Srong4Me ambassador Kaitlin Monsalve with an intro from Bruno. (Get excited, Bruno has a strict no-burpee policy.)

The routine, which starts around the 45-minute mark, includes a circuit of no-equipment-required moves. It's all about building strength, just like the name says, and boosting your energy vs. completely exhausting you.

Think walking lunges, squats, deadlifts, and more. This workout, like the rest of the Strong4Me program, combines powerful, low-impact exercises in a deliberate sequence to tone and strengthen.

Here. For. It. (Anytime!)
