Concert for a cause

The Sundown Squad will host a Mini Summertime Block Party from 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Shanahan's Pub and Grill, 209 W. McLoughlin Blvd., Vancouver, featuring 15 local artists and bands performing live cover songs and original music. See what's brewing

Latte Da Coffee House and Wine Bar, 205 E. 39th St. Vancouver, will host "A Still Life," an art show and sale featuring Skip Enge's contemplative watercolors, beginning Friday and continuing through July 14. The exhibit's title alludes to the past year, an isolated, introspective time that allowed Enge to focus on his art. For Latte Da's hours, visit lattedacoffeehouse.com or call 360-448-7651.

Swing your partner

Dance instructor Carole Duttlinger will host a Country Western Dance at Barberton Grange, 9400 N.E. 72nd Ave., from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. All ages are welcome and no partner is necessary. Entry is $10 cash or pay $7 in advance by calling Duttlinger at 509-670-0435. Attendees must show proof of vaccination and be at least two weeks past their second shot.
