Tryon Medical Partners taking over Blacklion’s Pineville space
MPV Properties has signed its first tenant at its upcoming Pineville project, which calls for the renovation of the building soon to be vacated by Blacklion Gifts & Home Furnishings Marketplace.
The developer says Tryon Medical Partners has signed a lease to relocate its Pineville office and occupy 25,000 square feet at 10635 Park Road.

Blacklion announced this week it will close its store at the Park 51 Center on Jan. 31. MPV is renovating the building into a 58,483-square-foot medical office and retail facility, which is scheduled to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2023. The project has been named The Plaza at Park 51.
