The Rockets took a 1-0 lead in the first period on a goal by John Kriz, with Cedarburg evening the score 11 minutes later in the first period on Drew Wachter’s goal.

Cedarburg went ahead on Wachter’s second goal at the two-minute mark of the second period.

NHM got rolling at the 13:50 mark of the second period with a goal by Thomas Burns to tie the game.

Kriz put the Rockets ahead with Gabe Randel and Kriz adding additional goals.

Easton Plachetka, Kriz and Randel each had two assists.

Caleb Moore had 27 saves for Neenah/Hortonville/Menasha. Henry Hunt had 38 saves for Cedarburg.

WAUSAU WEST 3, NOTRE DAME 3

ASHWAUBENON - The Warriors’ Thomas Gerum scored on a power play at 16:09 of the third period to forge the tie with the Tritons.

Connor Wendell and Cade Gruber accounted for Wausau West’s other goals, with Grant Halmstad, Chase Prohaska, Gerum and Judah Leder getting assists.

Joe Gerbitz scored twice for Notre Dame, with Michael McIntee accounting for the other goal.

Keegan McCarron had two assists while Travis Pokel and Bryce Dahl both had one assist for Notre Dame.

Adam Prokop had 37 saves for Wausau West. Addison Tyczkowski had 20 saves for Notre Dame.

WAUPACA 4, NEGAUNEE 2

WAUPACA - Max Gusmer scored two goals and had an assist to lead the Comets.

Elliot Bartel and Blake Schoenecker also scored for Waupaca, while Sawyer Mielke had two assists.

Hagen Rasmussen made 31 saves in goal for Waupaca.

ANTIGO - Eddie Zynda and Noah Stachovak scored goals for the Evergreens in the loss.

Breyden Sabatke made 38 saves in goal for D.C. Everest.

MENOMONIE - Eli Robinson scored two goals for Pacelli in the loss.

Mason Zielinski added a goal and two assists for the Cardinals, while Carter Herheim made 38 saves in goal.
