APPLETON - Caleb Glaser scored 35 points to lead the Patriots to the victory over the Polar Bears.

Joey La Chapell added 18 points for East.

Hortonville was led by August Maurer with 29 points.

KIMBERLY - The Papermakers broke a halftime tie at 37, outscoring the Terrors by 11 after the break to earn the victory and improve to 17-7 overall.

Seth Miron scored a game-high 30 points to lead Kimberly. Sam Dudek followed with 11 points, all in the second half, while Jack Statz and Michael Asman each tacked on 10 for the Papermakers.

Mikail Harmison led Appleton West with 17 points, 13 of which came in the first half. Ezra Brown and Denium Potts each added 16 points and Kaden Gowdy had 11 for the Terrors.

Chase Boukoricz led the Spartans with 14 points, while Caleb Blohowiak chipped in 11.

WAUPACA - Jack Hermann scored 22 points and Keegan Spees added 20 as the Tigers raced out to a 15-point halftime lead and cruised from there in a North Eastern Conference matchup.

Also scoring in double figures for Wrightstown were Shea Cavanaugh with 11 points and Marshall Edinger 10.

Henry Mouw scored 29 points, while Riley Bechard added 15 to lead the Comets.

MENASHA - The Bluejays nearly doubled-up the Red Devils in the first half, cruising the rest of the way to victory.

Tavarus Young drained seven 3-pointers to lead Menasha with 21 points and Riley Yonker followed with 16 points. Quinn Ludvigsen added 12 points, Trayveon Lockridge tacked on 11, and JC Makome rounded out the scoring leaders with 10 for the Bluejays.

Tyler Boeder scored a game-high 24 points, including five threes, to lead Green Bay East and Noah Carlson made three from long range to contribute 11 for the Red Devils.

ASHWAUBENON - The Pirates scored three goals in the third period to pull away for the Division 1 sectional semifinal win.

Eliott Mikesch scored two goals for Bay Port. Brady Gilbertson, Nick Voss and William Lyons also scored. Noah Brunke and William Lyons each had two assists.

Devin Rustlie made 12 saves in goal for Bay Port.

NHM’s goal was scored by Richie Bernice. Rockets goalie Caleb Moore made 35 saves.

GIRLS HOCKEY

Bay Area 2, Fox Cities 1

ASHWAUBENON - The Ice Bears advance to the sectional final with the victory over the Stars.

Emily Bill scored in the first period and Addison Dahl scored in the third period to give Bay Area a 2-0 lead.

Evie Mursau scored for Fox Cities at 14:24 to pull the Stars within 2-1, but Bay Area held on for the win.

Kristina Kruse and Brynn Osbahr had assists for Bay Area.

Maleiyah Streck and Peyton Smith had assists for Fox Cities.

Ice Bears goalie Anna Byczek made 14 saves. Stars goalie Ella Sciborski had 20 saves.

Bay Area will play University School of Milwaukee on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the sectional final.

Division 3 Regional

Winneconne 57, University Lake School/Trinity Academy 18

WINNECONNE - The Wolves held the Lakers to just five first-half points on their way to an easy victory, led by Joey Perry’s game-high 22 points.

Winneconne will next travel to Waupun for a regional semifinal matchup.
