Division 3 regionals

Lomira 56, North Fond du Lac 45

LOMIRA - Piersten Litterick scored 19 points and Addie Zahn 13 as the Lions pulled away late for the regional win.

Savanna Frea added 11 for Lomira, which built a four-point halftime lead before finishing the game on a 26-19 run.

Lauren Stettbacher led the Orioles with 21 points.

Lomira is 11-14 overall, while North Fond du Lac finished at 9-16.

WINNECONNE - The Wolves held the Lakers to just five first-half points on their way to an easy victory, led by Joey Perry’s game-high 22 points.

Winneconne will next travel to Waupun for a regional semifinal matchup.

Division 5 regionals

Central Wisconsin Christian 76, Oneida Nation 73

WAUPUN - Elise Ritzema scored 28 points as the Crusaders held off the Thunderhawks.

Samantha Braskamp added 15 points and Emma Hoffman had 14 for Central Wisconsin Christian.

Mariah Cloud led Oneida Nation with 20 points, while Jaylyn Caldwell added 17, Maddy King 12 and Osa Flores with 11.

The Crusaders grabbed an eight-point halftime advantage, but the Thunderhawks closed the gap in the second half.

BOYS HOCKEY

St. Mary’s Springs 7, Monona Grove 2

FOND DU LAC - The Ledgers led 3-1 after the first period on their way to the Division 2 sectional semifinal victory.

Gabe Braun and Austin Westergaard each scored two goals for Springs. Armani Fisher, Isaac Sabel and Jonathan Korb also scored. Talan Blanck had four assists.

Springs goalie Memphis Young made 11 saves.

Notre Dame 10, Fond du Lac 0

ASHWAUBENON - James Flanigan scored three goals and had an assist to lead the Tritons to the Division 1 sectional semifinal win over the Cardinals.

Notre Dame also got goals from Nathan Antti, Ian Noble, Sam Kappell, Thomas Geocaris, Hunter Bill, Bryce Dahl and Joseph Coghlin. Drew Schock had four assists.

Tritons goalie Lleyton Jaschke made nine saves. Fond du Lac goalie Spencer Shober made 38 saves.

GIRLS HOCKEY

University School Milwaukee 2, Warbirds 0

FOND DU LAC - The Warbirds’ season came to a close with the loss in the sectional semifinal.

Eileen Carey scored in the second period and Lily Valimont scored in the third period for University School.

Warbirds goalie Hailee Scheier made 23 saves. University School goalie Molly Jex made 24 saves.
