Tuesday's scores: See which baseball and softball teams will play for district titles

Baseball District Tournaments

District 10-7A

Vero Beach 1, Centennial 0: Travis Camp threw a 1-hit shutout, striking out eight and Camren Perez brought in the only run of the game with a bunt single in the fourth inning to send Vero (18-7) to the District 10-7A title game.

Perez went 2-for-3 with a double, Ty Romans went 2-for-4 with two doubles and Jake Randolph had two hits for Vero Beach, who takes on top-seeded Jupiter on May 5 at 7 p.m.

Jupiter 3, Fort Pierce Central 2: Hunter Miller had three hits, including a solo home run but the Cobras (11-12) fell on a walk-off hit in the District 10-7A semifinals.

District 12-6A

Sebastian River 4, South Fork 1: Kix Hofer struck out seven in 4⅔ innings and Calvin Junek closed the game out as the duo allowed one unearned run between them to send the Sharks (12-12-1) to the District 12-6A title game. Ethan Camilo, Tyler Jones and Gian Brown all had two-hit nights for Sebastian River, who will play top-seeded Martin County at 7 p.m. on May 5 at South Fork.

Conner Wiggins went 3-for-4, Zach Mastellone went 1-for-3 with an RBI and Grant Jones struck out seven in five innings and allowed one earned run but four South Fork errors doomed the Bulldogs.

District 12-5A

Okeechobee 8, Port St. Lucie 0: Jacob Hardy struck out 10 and allowed one hit in 5⅓ innings and Braison Crews hit a 2-run home run to lead the Brahmans (11-13) to the District 12-5A title game. Jayce Markham went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI and Emery Coleman had two hits and two RBI for Okeechobee, who will host Suncoast on May 5 at 7 p.m.

Khamani Wright had the lone hit of the game in the loss for the Jaguars (3-18).

District 12-4A

Jensen Beach 6, Astronaut 1: Kyle Derrenbacker struck out six in 5⅓ innings and Matt Kautz hit a solo home run to send the Falcons (21-4) to the District 12-4A title game. Patrick Gillen went 2-for-3 with two RBI, Dylan Fatovich went 2-for-3 with a double and Cade Gilcrease struck out four in 1⅔ innings of relief for Jensen Beach, who takes on second seed and tournament host Merritt Island at 7 p.m. on May 5.

District 13-2A

John Carroll Catholic 12, Master’s Academy 1 (6 innings): Armani Newton went 3-for-3 with a double and a triple and drove in three runs and Tracen Cameron also went 3-for-3 with two doubles and drove in three runs to lead the Rams (17-9) to the District 13-2A title game. Egan Keeler struck out 10 in four innings and Taggert Cameron struck out four in two innings as the duo combined for a no-hitter. John Carroll will host Jupiter Christian at 6 p.m. at Lawnwood Stadium on May 5.

Jupiter Christian 8, St. Edward’s 0: Alex Beare went 2-for-3 with a double in the loss for the Pirates (10-8) in the District 13-2A semifinals.

Softball District Tournaments

District 9-7A

Treasure Coast 10, Fort Pierce Central 0 (6 innings): Felicity Fonseca went 2-for-3 with a home run and drove in three runs and Cassidy Curd struck out 14 in a two-hit shutout to send the Titans (11-7) to the District 9-7A title game. Briana Musso and Emma Kohler each went 1-for-3 with a double and two RBI and Alexa Bethel had two hits and an RBI for Treasure Coast, who will play second seed and tournament host Vero Beach on May 5 at 7 p.m.

Kirsten Phillips had a double and Oli Black went 1-for-3 in the loss for the Cobras.

Vero Beach 6, Centennial 3: Dayna Patten allowed one earned run and struck out nine in a complete game effort and Cheyenne Roberts went 2-for-2 and drove in four runs to send Vero (15-7) to the District 9-7A title game. Justice McKinney went 1-for-3 with a double and an RBI and Victoria Brown had a hit and an RBI for Vero Beach, who hosts top seeded Treasure Coast at 7 p.m. on May 5.

Victoria Hazelton went 2-for-3, Gabriella De Jesus had a hit and two RBI and Autumn Prakash went 2-for-4 at the plate in the loss for the Eagles (12-8).

District 12-6A

Olympic Heights 10, Martin County 7: Gabriella Waldbauer went 1-for-3 with a double and three RBI and Ciana Vargas went 2-for-3 and scored two runs in the loss for the Tigers (8-10) in the District 12-6A semifinals.

District 11-6A

Melbourne 8, Sebastian River 0: Jasmine Francik and Kylah Berry combined to strike out 12 and allowed only one hit to send the Bulldogs to victory in the District 11-6A semifinals.

Malia Binafif had the lone hit of the game for Sharks (12-7).

District 8-5A

South Fork 19, Port St. Lucie 0 (3 innings): Alice and Abbie Dewaters combined for four hits and six RBI between them to lead the Bulldogs (10-5) to the District 8-5A title game, where they will host second seed Okeechobee at 7 p.m. on May 5.

Okeechobee 11, Suncoast 1 (5 innings): Laci Prescott struck out nine in a complete game effort and Mallory Collier and Madison Hargraves each drove in two runs to lead the Brahmans (12-7) to the District 8-5A title game where they will take on top seed and host South Fork at 7 p.m. on May 5.

District 14-4A

Pompano Beach 13, Jensen Beach 4: Shanna McNair had two hits and Annalise Buncy had a two-run double but the Falcons (11-10) made eight errors in their District 14-4A semifinal loss.

District 13-3A

American Heritage 1, Lincoln Park Academy 0: Madison Davis struck out nine in six innings but an unearned run in the first inning eliminated the Greyhounds (7-9) in the District 13-3A semifinals.

District 13-2A

John Carroll Catholic 8, Master’s Academy 0: Sophia Loreto fired a three-hit shutout, striking out four and went 2-for-3 with a triple and two RBI at the plate to send the Rams (14-9) to the District 13-2A title game. Cam Haughton went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI and Isabella Ramirez had two hits for John Carroll, who hosts second-seeded Holy Trinity at 4 p.m. on May 5.
