Tuesday's Top Prep Performers from basketball, soccer and water polo

Highlights from Tuesday in high school sports:

BOYS BASKETBALL

  • River Ortiz had 14 points and 11 rebounds, Trent MacLean scored 13 points, Marcus Lesser had 12 points and four rebounds, and Kayden Elsokary finished with 12 points, four rebounds and three steals to lead Westlake (15-4, 4-2) to a 63-60 victory over Newbury Park in a Marmonte League game. Cooper Lucas poured in 42 points and Caden Leff and Jackson Pierce each added six points for the Panthers (15-8, 3-3).

  • Caleb Chin finished with 23 points and 11 rebounds, Trevor Meikle scored 15 points, Patrick Saari had 14 points and four assists, and Jack Munro added 11 points to lead first-place Thousand Oaks (15-3, 5-0) to a 73-56 win over Agoura in a Marmonte League game. Jackson Meisels scored 12 points, Gavin Guenther had 11 points, Aidan Bell had nine points, and Nasir Meyer added eight points for the Chargers (8-10, 0-2).

  • Gavin Murphy hit five 3-pointers and finished 23 points, Peter Gray had 11 points and seven rebounds, Taylor Golden had 11 points and six rebounds, and Para Ghoreishi hit three 3-pointers for nine points to lead Calabasas (14-5, 3-2) to a 73-43 victory over Oaks Christian in a Marmonte League game.

  • Andrew Mojica scored 17 points, Jordan Ramirez had 13 points, Jesus Cendejas had seven points, Noah Campbell had five points and five rebounds, and Daniel Renteria finished with four points and 10 rebounds to lead Santa Paula (8-14, 4-3) to a 52-46 win over Malibu in a Citrus Coast League game.

  • Evan Conant scored 14 points and Beckham Rutherford had nine points to lead Nordhoff (12-8, 4-1) to a 46-33 victory over Carpinteria in a Citrus Coast League game.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

  • Gabriela Jaquez finished with 29 points, 20 rebounds, nine steals and four assists and Emily Lim had 18 points and two steals to lead unbeaten Camarillo to a 74-32 victory over Moorpark in a Coastal Canyon League game. Anika Carey had six points, eight assists, six rebounds, four steals, Makenna Phelan had six points, three rebounds and two assists, Christa Contreras had four points, seven rebounds, two steals and two assists, and Kayla Horton had four points and two rebounds for the Scorpions (22-0, 5-0). Avanthika Ramasamy finished with 13 points, five steals and four blocks, Jasmine Berry had seven points and seven rebounds, and Natalie Ruiz and Billie Yanez each had six points for the Musketeers (15-3, 3-2).

  • Skye Thomas finished with 13 points, nine rebounds, four steals and two blocks and Margaret Hampton had nine points and six rebounds to lead Buena (7-8, 5-2) to a 38-22 victory over Channel Islands in a Pacific View League game.

  • Makena Melito had 16 points and five steals, Omamoke Okah scored 12 points, and Brooklyn Shamblin finished with 10 points and seven rebounds to lead first-place Oaks Christian (15-2, 4-0) to a 55-45 win over Calabasas in a Marmonte League game. Amia Witt had 15 points, nine rebounds and three blocks, Maddy Tauro had 13 points and four rebounds, and Khailand Anderson-Strawder added six points and eight rebounds for the Coyotes (15-6, 2-4).

  • Mariah Elohim finished with 14 points, six rebounds and three assists, London Gamble had 14 points, five rebounds and five assists, Devin Feiereisen had 13 points, two assists and two steals, Taylor Swanson had 12 points, seven rebounds and two blocks, and Aiden Pino added eight points and two rebounds to lead Westlake (13-5, 5-1) to a 70-40 win over Newbury Park in a Marmonte League game. Alanna Young finished with 24 points, seven rebounds and two blocks and Skylar Komatsu added six points, four assists, three rebounds and two steals for the Panthers (8-14, 2-4).

  • Krista Colmenares finished with 15 points and four assists, Milana Gregory scored eight points, and Charlee Liotta had seven points and three assists to lead Agoura (11-9, 4-3) to a 46-25 victory over Thousand Oaks in a Marmonte League game.

  • Sophia Aviles had 14 points and six steals, Nataly Vigil finished with 11 points and 11 rebounds, Aryanne Munoz had nine points and three steals, and Marissa Lugo added six points and three rebounds to lead Fillmore (2-6, 2-1) to a 42-18 win over Malibu in a Citrus Coast League game.

BOYS SOCCER

  • Aidan Kelly netted two goals, Sawyer Brooks had a goal, Poncho Ramirez and Moises Orozco had assists, and Sebas Conchas notched the clean sheet in net to lead Ventura (6-7-6, 2-3-3) to a 3-0 victory over Pacifica (9-5-6, 3-2-1) in a Pacific View League match.

  • Tristan Esquivel finished with two goals and an assist, Andrew Alonso and Nathan Lopez scored goals, and Aquiles Mendez, and Juan Lopez had assists to lead Buena (6-6-5, 3-1-3) to a 4-1 victory over Rio Mesa in a Pacific View League match. Johnny Chavez scored a goal off an assist from Constantine Kollinzas for the Spartans (8-10-6, 1-3-3).

  • Mariodavid Vega scored a goal in his return to the starting lineup after missing six games to lift Oxnard (6-5-7, 1-3-4) to a 1-1 draw with Channel Islands in a Pacific View League match. Arnulfo Sacedo scored a goal off an assist from Aggy Reyes for the Raiders (7-3-7, 3-1-3).

  • Adam Olson scored two goals and Tai Ortiz had a goal to lead Newbury Park (9-5-2, 3-2-2) to a 3-0 victory over Westlake in a Marmonte League match.

  • Owen Wilson scored the goal off an assist from Justin Sosa to lead unbeaten Agoura (8-0-5, 4-0-2) to a 1-0 victory over Thousand Oaks (8-4-3, 2-3-1) in a Marmonte League match.

  • Calabasas defeated Oaks Christian 1-0 in a Marmonte League match.

  • Jeremy Larson had a goal and an assist, Kai Terentieff, Cole Ikenouye and Tyler Larson scored goals, and Josh Interiano added an assist to lead Grace Brethren (6-3-1, 4-1-1) to a 4-2 victory over Thacher in a Frontier League match.

GIRLS SOCCER

  • Maddie Martinez scored the game's lone goal as Grace Brethren (8-2-1, 5-0) clinched the Tri-Valley League title with a 1-0 victory over Santa Clara.

  • Tatum Wynalda finished with two goals and an assist, Emma Naftzger scored a goal, and Kenna Thomas and Lily Berlinger had assists to lead unbeaten Westlake (12-0, 7-0) to a 3-0 victory over Newbury Park in a Marmonte League match.

  • Sarah Spears had a goal and an assist, Erin Zeile and Berkley Mape scored goals, and Jaida Moch and Scarlette Druian had assists to lead Oaks Christian (12-1-3, 5-1-1) to a 3-1 victory over Calabasas in a Marmonte League match. Cara Royston scored a goal off an assist by Pepper Galassi for the Coyotes.

  • Sofia Boils and Heidi Ricketts scored goals and Georgia McCorkle and Gabriella Jensen had assists to lead Agoura (3-5-3, 2-4-1) to a 2-1 victory over Thousand Oaks (10-6, 3-4) in a Marmonte League match.

  • Malia Tarazon and Priscilla Martinez scored goals and Justice Valdez, Andrea Ibarra and Kaelyn Federis had assists to lead Oxnard (13-2-3, 7-0-1) to a 3-1 victory over Channel Islands in a Pacific View League match.

  • Kalaiyh Brown netted two goals and Esja Moore had a goal to lead Ventura (11-5-1, 5-3) to a 3-2 victory over Pacifica in a Pacific View League match. Alyssa Morales had a goal and an assist, Michelle Monroy scored a goal, and Sydney Aguilera had an assist for the Tritons (6-7-3, 3-2-2).

  • Kimberly Chavarria and Bella Castillo scored goals and Abby Wood and Amalia Nolan had assists to lead Buena (6-10-3, 2-5-1) to a 2-1 victory over Rio Mesa in a Pacific View League match.

  • Claire Hernandez and Taylor Liston scored goals to lead Foothill Tech to a 2-0 victory over St. Bonaventure in a Tri-Valley League match.

GIRLS WATER POLO

  • Jackie Starr had four goals and a steal, Ava Williams had three goals and four steals, Gabby Swaim had three goals and two steals, Marisa Fernandez had three goals and a steal, Kendall Nagaoka scored two goals, Sophie Wilson had a goal and two steals, Mikayla Salas had a goal and two steals, Brooke Sitton had a goal and a steal, Devin Varela added a goal, and goalie Carly Matheson finished with seven blocks to lead Buena (12-12) to a 19-1 victory over Channel Islands in a Pacific View League game.

  • Rio Mesa defeated Pacifica 14-3 in a Pacific View League game.

  • Oxnard defeated Ventura 7-3 in a Pacific View League game.

  • Tijana Roncevic scored seven goals, Kate Miller and Hannah Tully-Giles each had five goals, Maya Mouderres had three goals, and Ida Tully-Giles made 10 saves to lead Villanova Prep to a 19-1 victory over Cate in a Tri-Valley League game.

  • Goalie Jackie Laguna had 15 blocks and five steals and Izabel Magana finished with three goals and four steals for Santa Paula (7-16, 2-3) in its 8-5 loss to Nordhoff in a Citrus Coast League game.
