“Did you see this place? It was all filled with roses of various colors. However, due to the unusual high temperature, exceeding the average in July, all this land turned yellow and became colorless. Sadly, they all died.”

Ebidhy started her five-acre farm

in north-western Tunisia in 2018

Her flowers are used in restaurant and

hotel dishes as well as in juices and sweets
