Tupelo Honey is expanding beyond downtown Knoxville with a Farragut location

Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar is opening a second location in the Knoxville area.

The Southern chain will open a Farragut location in fall 2024, Tupelo Honey spokesperson Christin Prince told Knox News. It's the restaurant's fourth location in Tennessee.

The restaurant will be located at 126 Biddle Farms Blvd. in the planned retail and residential hub Biddle Farms Farragut Town Center, Prince wrote in an email.

"Knoxville has experienced such significant and dynamic growth, that much like Asheville, we knew we wanted a second location to serve guests who couldn't make it downtown as often as they would like," Prince wrote in an email to Knox News.

Knoxville's first location opened in 2012 at 1 Market Square in downtown Knoxville.

Work on the Farragut location hasn't started yet, Prince said.

You can sign up for the restaurant's Social Club newsletter "to stay up to date on our grand opening in 2024."
