Your turn: God's message will help shine a light in this darkening world

I was not born Jewish, but I am a Jewish-Christian in my heart and in my mind. I sympathize with what the Jewish people went through during Hitler's WW II Nazi regime.

The Jewish people of ancient Biblical times lived in the Promised Land and Jerusalem was their capital. They reclaimed that land in 1948 and were determined that the Nazi holocaust would never happen again.

Radical Islamist terrorists have been determined to wipe Israel off the face of the earth ever since the nation of Israel was reestablished. The Palestinian supporters of Hamas are now paying a price as the Israeli Defense Force is punishing them for their long-standing atrocities and for Oct. 7th.

The Israelis have suffered unjustly at the hands of Iranian proxies backed by the radical Iran Mullahs. Could it be that the Jewish unfaithful are going through what they are contending with today because they rejected the Jewish Messiah who was born in Bethlehem more than 2,000 years ago?

Are Americans also going through hard times because, as a nation, we have turned our backs on Biblical values? The values that were espoused by that same Messiah? He came as the world's savior and will return again as the world's judge.

We have escalating conflicts in the world, all the hate and drama with our politics and the upcoming 2024 presidential election. By the way, the Colorado Supreme Court decision to bar Trump from the election in Colorado will backfire on them and that decision will be overturned. We need a strong person in the White House and Trump would fill the bill.

Whatever the New Year brings, we need to shine the light of God's message to this darkening world. We must project the Judeo-Christian values and the Gospel message to every corner of this imperfect world.

Our God promised the Jewish people a homeland which they partly now occupy, and he will ensure that He keeps that promise. They will be victors over their enemies.

I spent 18 years of my military career in an intelligence field. No, the term military-intelligence is not an oxymoron. Only morons think so. There are indications that the Israelis indeed possess nuclear weapon capabilities, and they will use them to prevent another Jewish holocaust. Radical Islamist terrorist beware.

There is only one way the world and the Israelites will find peace and that is to accept the Messiah who was born over 2,000 years ago.

He is the greatest gift mankind has ever received. If we continue to reject his values, there will be no peace on earth. There will only be more chaos and turmoil. Embrace that truth or suffer the consequences. Wise men still seek the babe of Bethlehem.
