'Turtles All the Way Down' is filming in Amberley Village. What other movies have filmed in Cincinnati?

Quiet on set. Filming was underway Thursday morning on Section Road in Amberley Village for "Turtles All the Way Down," the next book-turned-movie from bestselling author John Green. The Village confirmed crews are filming on Section Road today and said production staff is using the Amberley Green for parking.

"Turtles All the Way Down" tells the story of 17-year-old Aza Holmes, who is struggling with mental illness and anxiety. Isabela Merced stars in the film and Hannah Marks is directing. Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger, who served as co-showrunners for "This Is Us" and wrote a screenplay for "Love, Simon," wrote the script.

Filming for the movie began at the end of April. Last month, filming for Netflix's upcoming feature "Shirley," which stars Regina King, also wrapped up production in Cincinnati.

According to Film Cincinnati, filming for "Turtles All the Way Down" will continue at various locations in Cincinnati through June.

"... We’re ready to welcome the next feature to Cincinnati to take advantage of our resources of talented cast, skilled crew and prime locations," Kristen Schlotman, executive director of Film Cincinnati, previously said in a press release.
