Tuscaloosa man, Georgia woman killed in two-vehicle crash in Tuscaloosa County

A Tuscaloosa man and a Georgia woman were killed in a two-vehicle crash Sunday in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency officials said.

James C. Hoskins, 28, of Tuscaloosa and Donna M. Cline, 59, of Braselton, Georgia, were both fatally injured when the 2009 Chevrolet Colorado driven by Hoskins and the the 2019 Ford Expedition driven by Cline collided head-on. The crash occurred around 6:22 p.m. on Interstate 59 near the 77 mile marker, about 2 miles north of the city of Tuscaloosa.

Hoskins and Cline were both pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said they are investigating the fatal crash and did not immediately provide any other information.
