Scott Baio is living large and in charge in his new Florida home.

The “Happy Days” star, who describes himself on his social media as retired, moved from Los Angeles with his family back a few weeks ago.

Seems like everything is going swimmingly in Manatee County.

In a picture posted to Twitter, the Brooklyn native and his wife Renee Baio (née Sloan) — who costarred in the 2008 VH1 reality show, “Scott Baio is 46 and Pregnant” — smile on a gorgeous beach.

“Living our best life,” said the caption.

In a followup tweet to his 824,000 plus followers, the small-screen vet cited California’s “homelessness issue,” as a main reason for the 2,500-mile plus trek.

“After 45 years, I’m making my way to finally ‘exit stage right’ from California,” Baio wrote, citing statistics from a 2022 report by the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority. “The most recent survey … found approximately 69,000 people experiencing homelessness in L.A. County and 41,000 in the city in 2022.”

Many commenters on the “Charles in Charge” star’s posts commended the decision.

“Welcome! You have truly found paradise!”

“Florida is the bomb!”

“Enjoy your family and all the beauty of nature!”

So where are they, exactly?

According to property records, the Baios, who share a daughter, Bailey, 15, have relocated to Manatee County,

Renee Baio, 50, told the the Herald-Tribune on Thursday that they are temporarily staying in a condo in Bradenton until their house in the area is completed.

“I chose Manatee County for various reasons,” the Tennessee-born former stuntwoman said. “It’s close to Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, and I love the small town feel and values of Manatee County and I support mom-and-pop businesses and would like to keep them thriving.”
