"The Good Doctor” season finale, 10 p.m. today, ABC. When this show started, Shaun was an autistic kid who was brilliant at surgery and overwhelmed by life. Things transformed when Lea, a sweet-spirited techie, moved into the apartment next door. Last week, she was in her wedding gown when she realized a big deal ceremony would be too much for him. Tonight, they try again, this time with a less formal wedding. Then, ABC says, someone has a medical emergency.

“9-1-1” and “9-1-1: Lone Star” season finales, 8 and 9 p.m., Fox. Both episodes mix rescue scene action and personal emotion. The first hour has some wild emergencies, followed by Henrietta and her wife renewing their vows. The second finds Judd trapped amid rubble; trying to reach him, Owen (Rob Lowe) flashes back to when he was a New York firefighter on Sept. 11, 2001.

“Up” (2009), ABC; and “Downton Abbey” (2019), NBC, both 8 p.m. As their regular shows wind down, both networks insert movies — terrific ones –— from their parent companies, “Up,” an animated classic, has a prologue that’s beautifully crafted, while jolting us emotionally; then there’s a fun story about a crabby guy and the boy who stows away in his flying house. “Downton Abbey” continues the elegance of the series … and gets us ready for a second movie, which reaches theaters on Friday (May 20).

“Bob (Hearts) Abishola,” 8:30 p.m., CBS. Throughout his childhood, Dele has been told he’ll be a doctor some day. But last week he visited a hospital … and became ill at the sight of blood. Now, a week before the season finale, the grownups huddle to re-think his life.

“Signora Volpe” season finale, any time, www.acorn.tv. This first season consists of just three tales, each movie-length and excellent, It started with Sylvia (Emilia Fox) as a British secret agent, sleeping with her ex-husband Adam (Jamie Bamber) and unhappy with her life. Now she’s quit her job and bought a shabby Italian villa; Adam asks her to look into charges against the son of a Russian politician. Like the previous two films, this offers a smart story, sharp characters and gorgeous visuals.
