USFL championship game, 7:30 p.m., Fox. J’Marr Smith went to Louisiana Tech — a place where quarterbacks go on to big things. One of them, Phil Robertson, became the “Duck Dynasty” guy; his backup, Terry Bradshaw, became a Hall of Fame pro. And Smith? He was the conference’s offensive player-of-the-year, tried out with several NFL teams … and now has his moment, at 25. He leads the Stallions, who are 10-1 in the first year of this version of the USFL. They play the Stars, 7-4, who are led by running quarterback Case Cookus of Northern Arizona.

“Masterpiece: Endeavour” season finale, 9-11 p.m., PBS. This season is brief (just three movie-length tales) and drab, with Endeavour Morse clouded by alcoholism and despair. But it improves a bit in a finale that uses a classic English-mystery plot — strangers confined to an eerie mansion during bad weather. One of them is Morse, at first not saying he’s a cop; another — we don’t know which one — is a killer. Despite some too-convenient timing near the end, it’s a fairly good tale.

“60 Minutes Presents,” 7 and 8 p.m., CBS. The first hour looks at the future, via three reports by Anderson Cooper. They view a Mars mission for the tiny helicopter Ingenuity … progress in getting robots to move like humans and animals … and battery-powered aircraft that have vertical take-off and landing. The second hour views “The Ritchie Boys” — Jews who escaped Hitler, then combined to fight him via espionage and psychological warfare.

“The Man Who Fell to Earth” season finale, 10 p.m., Showtime. We can catch the entire season in one burst. The delightful opener — with great work from Chiwetel Ejiofor, Naomie Harris and (briefly) Martha Plimpton — is at 9 a.m., with other episodes continuing until 6. Then the finale is at 10 p.m., sandwiched by new episodes of “We Hunt Together” (7:30 and 8:15), “The Chi” (9) and “Flatbush Misdemeanors” (11).

ALSO: Fresh from his gameshow-host Emmy, Steve Harvey has “Celebrity Family Feud” reruns at 8 and 9 p.m., with “$100,000 Pyramid” at 10; the new episodes arrive next Sunday. The Fox News Channel will be at West Point today (6-10 a.m. and 9-10 p.m. ET) for music and interviews, leading into its Fourth of July coverage Monday. Tonight’s movie heroes range from Spider-Man to Annie. The former is at 1:50 (2002), 4:30 (2004) and 7:40 p.m. (2007) on Freeform. The latter (the 1982 musical) is 8 p.m. ET on Turner Classic Movies.
