“This Is Us” series finale, 9 p.m., NBC. It’s farewell time for the best broadcast network drama in recent years. Life has been especially tough on Rebecca, who has lost two husbands and much of her memory. But she has three excellent offspring (one adopted) who keep remaking their lives. For six seasons, this has brought richly nuanced emotion. Now everyone is together for the 106th and final episode.

“New Amsterdam” season finale, 10 p.m., NBC. Here’s another show built on intense personal drama. Max and Helen are planning an intimate wedding in New York, before she returns to London. Complicating things — considerably — is a hurricane heading toward New York: Bloom tries to get the hospital ready.

More season finales. Yes, everything seems to be ending tonight. On NBC, it’s “Young Rock,” at 8 and 8:30 p.m.; on CBS, it’s all three FBI shows. On “FBI” (8 p.m.), Jubal (Jeremy Sisto) learns that his son’s classmate was part of a deadly robbery … On “FBI International,” a private plane with American passengers has been shot down in Europe … And on “FBI Most Wanted,” an oligarch brings terror to New York City.

Games. “Name that Tune” (8 p.m., Fox) wraps its season with two hours and a movie music theme; contestants include an accountant, a legal assistant and a military veteran. Meanwhile, ABC already has two of its summertime games — “Holey Moley” at 8 p.m. and “The Chase” at 9.

“American Experience,” 9-11 p.m., PBS. More than a century before the U.S, government was understating the COVID crisis, a similar thing was happening on a state level. In 1900, the bubonic plague was found in the Chinatown area of San Francisco; for two years, California’s governor tried to keep that a secret. Ultimately, there were 121 reported cases (virtually all of them lethal) and waves of anti-Asian violence.
