Twitter had strong reactions to Patriots’ loss to Packers
The Green Bay Packers defeated the New England Patriots 27-24 in overtime on Sunday.
This was a game of wild twists and turns. Rookie quarterback Bailey Zappe managed to hold down the fort, and the rushing attack helped New England stay in the game.
Nevertheless, Aaron Rodgers and the Packers had the last laugh in the friendly confines of Lambeau Field. New England used a combination of the running game and stellar defensive play to help neutralize the Packers.
However, Aaron Rogers found his groove in the second half, and Green Bay was able to get things going and force the game into overtime, where they ultimately won it on the leg of kicker Mason Crosby.
