Twitter reacts to Auburn football firing Bryan Harsin: pure joy and jokes from AU fans
Bryan Harsin has coached his last game for Auburn football, being fired as new athletics director John Cohen is being brought into the program, although his hire is not yet official.
Harsin went 9-12 (4-9 in SEC play) in less than two full seasons on the Plains. He lost his only Iron Bowl and twice fell to Georgia. Auburn is 3-5, 1-4 in the SEC this season, the only conference win being in overtime vs. Missouri. His final game was a 41-27 home loss to Arkansas.
Auburn will travel to take on Mississippi State at 6:30 p.m. CT on Saturday. An interim coach has not been announced.
