Twitter user trolls ‘Breitbart’ in one genius move
Breitbart thought it had nailed a joke about the impending end to net neutrality. Then it was owned by the Twitter user it retweeted.
With the Federal Communications Commission set to stop treating the internet as a public good, opening the door to telecoms granting different types of access to websites depending on whether sites pay a premium or not, everyone is weighing in.

One dark net neutrality joke about the alt-right news site Breitbart as the only site with video capabilities picked up some steam. Breitbart noticed and retweeted it, adding its own unnerving spin.

Ken Klippenstein, a writer who contributes to the Daily Beast, noticed the retweet, so he changed his Twitter name. He picked "Breitbart ❤️s Nazis."
Straight to the point and chilling — especially since former White House advisor Steve Bannon is the executive chairman of the online outlet.
So far, Breitbart has kept the tweet up even after the name change.
In texts with Klippenstein, he said. "I'm still wondering if Breitbart is kidding or not."
The future is going to be terrifying.
