Around 8:18 p.m. Thursday, the Licking County Sheriff's Office was called to the 3900 block of Francis Road in Hanover Township for a reported shooting. Upon arrival, the agency said they found a male, identified as Keith Robertson in a criminal complaint, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Around 3 a.m. Friday, the agency said a second suspect, identified as Julian S. Morris, 29, of Buckeye Lake, was found by the Muskingum County Sheriff's Office in the area of Blacks Run Road.

According to criminal complaints filed in Licking County Common Pleas Court on Monday, the Licking County Sheriff's Office learned Morris, identified as Hannah's boyfriend, came to the Francis Road location, retrieved a firearm from his vehicle and shot Robertson.

The complaint said Morris and Hannah left the scene in the truck, disposing of the firearm while they fled the scene. Before Morris reportedly shot the victim, the complaint alleged Hannah damaged another vehicle on the property with a hatchet.

Licking County court records show Hannah was charged with one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and Morris was charged with one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

According to LCSO, Robertson was flown to Grant Medical Center in Columbus by medical helicopter, where he was listed in critical condition.

The shooting remains under investigation.
