Two die in three-vehicle crash in Boaz
Two people died in a three-car crash Tuesday in Boaz, according to Marshall County Coroner Cody Nugent.
The coroner's office, along with Boaz's police and fire departments, responded to the crash at about 5:40 p.m. near the intersection of Beulah Road and McVille Road, in the Shiloh Farms area. Two people, in separate cars, were pronounced dead at the scene, according to the coroner.
They were identified by the coroner's office as Eli Frey, 33, and Freida Head, 62, both of Boaz.
Boaz police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
