Two indicted on first-degree felonies for drug trafficking

FAIRFIELD COUNTY − Two individuals were indicted on multiple felonies recently, including multiple first-degree counts for drug trafficking after the Fairfield County Sheriff's Office K9 Unit recovered bulk amounts of contraband leading to arrests on Nov. 17th.

Jennifer Science, 49, of Marietta, and Amanda Stull, 39, of Cutler, were arrested in a traffic stop which resulted in the recovery of approximately 455 grams of methamphetamine, 21 grams of fentanyl, 23 grams of illegal mushrooms, drug paraphernalia, and drug abuse instruments. K9 Deputy Sheriff Lupo and his partner Deputy J. Mann recovered the drugs at the scene of the stop.

Science was indicted with two first-degree felonies for aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs. In addition, she was indicted on a second-degree count for trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a second-degree count for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a third-degree count for aggravated trafficking in drugs, and a third-degree count for aggravated possession of drugs.

Stull was also indicted with two first-degree felonies for aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs. Stull also received a second-degree count for trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a second-degree count for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a third-degree count for aggravated trafficking in drugs, and a third-degree count for aggravated possession of drugs.
