Two injured in three-vehicle crash at Clara City, Minnesota, highway intersection
Nov. 2—CLARA CITY
— Two men were injured in a three-vehicle crash reported Wednesday morning in Clara City.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol's
accident report,
Chris William Benning, of Bowerville, and Mark T. Gordon, of Eagan, both suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the crash at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Minnesota Highway 7.
Gordon, 54, was transported to CentraCare — Rice Memorial Hospital in
Willmar.
Benning, 51, was transported to CCM Health Hospital in
Montevideo.
A third driver, Virginia Ellen Jensen, 64, of Minnetonka, was not injured in the crash.
According to the accident report, the three vehicles collided around 11:05 a.m. Wednesday. The report does not describe the direction of travel any of the three vehicles.
All three drivers were wearing their seat belts, according to the report, and the airbags in Jensen's and Gordon's vehicles deployed. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash. Road conditions were reported as dry.

, CCM Ambulance, Clara City Ambulance and Clara City Fire Department assisted the
Minnesota State Patrol
at the scene.
