Two killed during shooting on Capitol Street in Jackson

Two people were killed during a Thursday shooting in the 1600 block of Capitol Street, according to a Jackson Police Department press release.

Police said two victims were shot and died at the scene.

Glen Stevens, 45, was the first victim police identified.

The news release stated detectives are working to identify the second victim.
