2 fatally shot in Lucerne Valley; no arrests as investigators seek answers
A San Bernardino County Sheriff's investigation is seeking answers for a homicide that left two men shot dead on Sept. 24 in Lucerne Valley.
Deputies from the Victor Valley Station found Lucerne Valley resident Homero Segundovillasenor, 30, and Hemet resident Jose Segundomoreno, 53, in the area of Planet Road and Camp Rock Road shortly before 9:30 p.m. Saturday, and declared both men dead at the scene, a Sheriff's release stated Monday.
Both men were shot to death. Authorities are still seeking suspects.

A homicide-detail team within the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division is conducting the investigation. Detective Marcus Young is named in the release as the point of contact for tips in the case.
