Two mn arrested in Kyiv: they collected data for the occupiers

The National Guard of Ukraine has detained two men in Kyiv. They had been collecting the information for the occupiers. In particular, they had been filming the locations of the Ukrainian troops.

Quote: "Last night (21 July) while on duty, the servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine detained an individual who was taking photos and recording videos of the Ukrainian troops and their location. The detainee had a device for shooting rubber bullets Fort-12 with an expired permit to carry a weapon".

Details: The man has been taken to the Security Service of Ukraine for further investigation.

On the same day, around midnight, servicemen detained a 52-year old Donetsk resident who was taking photos near a checkpoint and the adjacent territory. The man had the documents of one of the Russian enterprises.

While going through the man’s phone the servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine discovered that he had been actively messaging and calling Russian phone numbers and chatting in pro-Russian Telegram channels.

The man has been transferred to the National Police for further investigation.

The National Guard of Ukraine reminds that according to Article 111 (treason) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, for such crimes there is a punishment of 12 to 15 years of imprisonment with or without the confiscation of property.
