Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office arrested two individuals in connection with separate alleged terroristic threats on social media.

On Tuesday, April 25, Christopher T. Short, 32, of Shreveport was arrested after he made a threat on a popular social media site to kill people. Short made a fake social media account where he joined a live event at the Shreveport City Council meeting April 24.

During the live chat, Short allegedly made direct threats to harm white people in local Catholic Churches.

Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office immediately launched an investigation and were able to obtain and execute a search warrant for Short's residence. The sheriff's office said that during the search detectives found an AR-15-style pistol with a 60-round magazine.

Short was questioned and detectives were able to determine that he created the fake profile and posted the threat. Short was arrested and charged with one count of Terrorizing and was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center.

The sheriff's office said no bond has been set and this is an ongoing investigation with the possibility of more charges.
