Two people hospitalized in Andrew County crash

Feb. 23—Two people were sent to the hospital after a single-vehicle crash on Thursday afternoon.

Robert Sterling, 49, of Maryville, Missouri, was driving a 2008 Sterling truck four miles southwest of Rosendale, Missouri, when the vehicle traveled off the road, back onto the road and then off again, Missouri State Highway Patrol crash reports said.

The vehicle came to rest on its top in the middle of the road, crash reports said.

Sterling suffered serious injuries, and occupant Enoch Ross, 28, of Burlington Junction, Missouri, suffered moderate injuries, crash reports said. Both were transported to Mosaic Life Care by Andrew County EMS.

Neither of them were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident, crash reports said.
