Two people injured in crash near Aneta, North Dakota

Sep. 6—ANETA, N.D. — Two people were injured on Monday, Sept. 5, in a two-vehicle crash near Aneta.

According to a release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the incident occurred shortly before 4 p.m. at the intersection of North Dakota Highway 15 and Highway 32, approximately four miles north of Aneta.

According to the report, a 2020 Subaru was eastbound on Highway 15 at a stop sign. A 2008 Silverado was southbound, pulling a dump trailer. The Subaru entered the intersection and struck the Silverado.

The 56-year-old woman from Broomfield, Colo., who was driving the Subaru suffered serious injuries. A 29-year-old passenger in the Silverado also suffered serious injuries. She is from Larimore.

Names were not yet released by the Highway Patrol.

Aneta is approximately 60 miles southwest of Grand Forks.
