Two schools move into remote learning Thursday and Friday, Jan. 20-21
DEMING – Due to the rapidly rising cases of COVID-19 at Deming High School (DHS) and Mimbres Valley High School (MVHS), all students at DHS and MVHS will be in a remote learning setting on Thursday, Jan. 20 and Friday, Jan. 21.
Students will follow their remote Wednesday class schedule on Zoom and as detailed below:
Thursday & Friday (1/20/22 & 1/21/22)
• 1st Period, 8:20-8:50 a.m.
• 2nd Period, 8:50-9:20 a.m.
• 3rd Period, 9:20-9:50 a.m.
• 4th Period, 9:50-10:20 a.m.
• 5th Period, 10:20-10:50 a.m.
• 6th Period, 10:50-11:20 a.m.
• 7th Period, 11:20-11:50 a.m.
No other district schools are affected. Any questions about the remote model should be directed to DHS at 575-546-2678 or MVHS at 575-543-104.
No spectators allowed
Due to the rising numbers of COVID-19 at Deming High School, we will NOT be allowing spectators at indoor sporting events until further notice. To see the current COVID-19 Positive Cases by school or for COVID-19 updates please visit our website www.demingps.org.
