Two Stark County funeral home properties sold for $1 million
The Kreighbaum Sanders Funeral Home properties in Canton Township and Osnaburg Township have been sold to Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral and Cremation Service in Alliance, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.
The properties, located at 4041 Cleveland Ave. SW and 218 Nassau St. E, were transferred to CTC Real Estate LLC from Sanders Funeral Home Inc. for $1,075,000, according to county records.
