Two new stores and two new restaurants are scheduled to open later this year at The Gardens Mall.
Two new beauty stores to open at The Gardens Mall
Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Boutique and This Place Blows are scheduled to open by the end of the winter season.Chanel’s new, luxury fragrance storewill be located on the upper level near the Gardens Café. The stores will have the latest fragrances, makeup, and skincare trends.

This Place Blows will offer blowouts, nail services, skincare products, and more. It will be located on the upper level near Bloomingdale’s.
What new stores opened at the end of 2022?
High-end yoga outfitter Alo Yoga, and eyewear designer Edward Beiner opened at the end of last year. Alo Yoga is located on the upper level near Saks Fifth Avenue. It offers street brand sportswear. Edward Beiner sells designer eyewear such as DIOR, Cartier, and Tom Ford. It is located on the lower level of Nordstrom Court.
Two new restaurants to open in 2023
Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar & Store is scheduled to open in the spring on the upper level between Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue. The casual restaurant will feature a full-service bar and is adjacent to the retail store. The restaurant will offer frozen mai tais, local microbrews, salad bowls, tacos, and shareable snacks.
Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar is slated to open later this year. It will be South Florida’s 10th and largest Tap 42 and it will be located on the upper level near Sears. The 8,000-square-foot restaurant will serve elevated, contemporary American fare, craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails, along with weekly specials and the signature bottomless brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
